Do I need a Thailand TDAC in 2026?

Yes. From 1 May 2025 every foreign national arriving in Thailand by air, land or sea must submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) before entry. It has fully replaced the paper TM6 form.

How early can I apply for the Thailand Digital Arrival Card?

You can apply for the TDAC up to 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled arrival in Thailand. We recommend submitting at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for any corrections.

Is the TDAC the same as a Thailand visa?

No. The TDAC is an immigration arrival declaration, not a visa. Citizens of visa-exempt countries still need to complete the TDAC, and travellers who require a visa must obtain it separately in addition to the TDAC.

Is there a government fee for the TDAC?

The Royal Thai Immigration Bureau does not charge a government fee for the TDAC itself. Our website charges a service fee for assisted preparation, accuracy review, fast handling and customer support.
