Submitting an application and making payment authorizes us to begin processing. We are not responsible for declined transactions due to user-side issues.
If your Thailand Digital Arrival Card has not been processed by our team, you are eligible for a refund of 95% of the total payment. The remaining 5% is deducted to cover payment gateway and transaction processing fees.
Once processing has started, cancellations or refunds may not be possible due to the nature of digital services. If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us in writing at: support@thailand-card-tdac.org. We aim to respond to all genuine concerns promptly.
We assist with digital arrival card applications but do not influence immigration decisions. Entry approval is determined solely by Thai government authorities.
